     5 Languages of Love Art & Drama Workshop

 

  

Each of us has an emotional tank that needs to be filled with unconditional love. In this workshop, children will explore the 5 unique ways to express love, helping to nurture each other's well-being. Our play-based learning approach aims to enhance your children's character, social skills, life skills, Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Love Quotient (LQ). They will engage in various artistic activities such as music and movement, choral reading, and skits to boost their self-confidence and drama skills, as well as team-building games to strengthen their social-emotional competencies and craft projects like gift box making and sand bottle. Love is a daily choice; let your children learn to love themselves and others through the 5 languages of love.

 

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the workshop, will:

  • Recall the 5 different Languages of Love and demonstrate them in various ways.

  •  Engage in diverse artistic experiences, including music & movement, choral reading, and skits to build confidence and enhance speech and drama skills.

  • Participate in a variety of team-building games.

  • Acquire life skills through gift box making. - Learn the art of sand bottle making.

  • Discover their own and their family members’ love languages, enabling them to express love within their family.

 

Duration:

  • 2 sessions of 2 hours each, a total of 4 hours of lessons.

 

 

Sand bottle making is a reinforcement activity to remind the children to fill up each other emotional tank.

Team building games to build up the children’s social-emotional competencies.

Choral reading & skit to build up the children’s confidence, speech & drama skills.
